Grape juice is an excellent source of vitamins B-6, Cand thiamin, as well as the minerals copper, iron, manganese, and potassium. Grape juice has a broad range of polyphenol flavenoids. Polyphenol flavonoids are antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals in your body that can damage cells and cause disease.
Grape juice flavonoids help prevent the oxidation of harmful LDL cholesterol in your body, a process that can cause the buildup of plaque in arteries and lead to atherosclerosis. Grape juice stimulates the production of sodium oxide which ensures that blood vessels stay flexible, blood pressure stays under control and keeps the heart healthy.
Consuming grape juice causes an increase in gamma delta-T immune cells which is a type of cell that detects toxins and keep the immune system strong.
Grape juice has natural laxative properties that provide good health for our digestive system and colon.
Reservatrol, specifically, is a polyphenol that acts like antioxidants, protecting the body against damage that can put you at higher risk for things like cancer and heart disease. Punicalagins are extremely powerful antioxidants that has three times the antioxidant activity of red wine and green tea! Punicalagins have been shown to reduce inflammation, one of the leading drivers of many killer diseases. Punicic acid is a type of conjugated linoleic acid. Studies have shown that regular intake of pomegranate juice has been shown to lower blood pressure levels in as little as 2 weeks.
Several studies have shown that pomegranate can have benefits against heart disease. It improves the cholesterol profile and protects LDL cholesterol from oxidative damage. Pomegranate has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, which may be useful against common diseases of the gums. Pomegranate is rich in dietary nitrates, which have been shown to improve exercise performance by significantly enhancing blood flow delaying the onset of fatigue.

Aronia berries (also known as chokeberries) are considered a superfood because of their many nutrients and the fact that they have the highest concentration of anioxidants present in any fruit!!! These berries may be small, but they have some HUGE benefits!
Aronia is both anti-inflammitory and anti-carcinogenic. They can help improve blood circulation, strengthen blood vessels, and lower blood pressure. They are also terrific for eye health and are even a better option when treating urinary tract infections! (sorry cranberry). Nothing says spring/summer like ripe, sweet, delicious, strawberries! Like many of our other Water Kefir flavors, this one goes beyond just a 'good taste'. Strawberries themselves contain many wonderful nutrients that are great for your heart, eyes, brain, skin, and immune system health. Plus have many vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Omega 3s, Maganese, Potassium, Magnesium, Biotin, Copper, Phosphorus, and Vitamin B6.
We infuse whole, organic, strawberries to flavor this amazing kefir. The strawberries are then removed as well as any seeds (although it is not uncommon to find maybe one or two seedling escapees.). This is definitely a favorite for both of us Kefir Chicks!

The name says it. This Kefir flavor is bursting with 4 diffrent citrus fruits, lemon, lime, grapefruit, & orange! It is also bursting with the naturally occuring vitamin C! Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is key when it comes to fighting off free radical damage and repairing new cells. It is also essential for collegen production, the protein responsible for healthy hair, skin, and joints. This atioxidant is also excellent for the eyes by increasing the blood supply to them and preventing eye disorders. Plus this nutrient is also great for the heart and it's many functions!
